From Law Firm to RegTech

Jan-Wolfgang Kröger is moving from the international law firm Linklaters to Regpit. At Regpit, he brings extensive experience in financial market regulation as well as in advising financial institutions and asset managers.

Especially in the area of anti-money laundering and sanctions management, law and technology can be combined in a way that makes regulatory processes simpler and more practical,” explains Kröger.

With this new role, Regpit is continuing its strategy of combining legal expertise with technological innovation. The goal is to design regulatory processes digitally so they can be implemented both efficiently and in compliance with the law.

With Kröger taking over the leadership of the “Experts & Advisory Services AML” division, Regpit is laying the groundwork for its next phase of growth:
