Antonia von Kruedener is a fully qualified lawyer and has been working at the Berlin Senate Department for Economic Affairs, Energy and Public Enterprises since 2018. She heads the AML supervisory authority for the non-financial sector. In addition, she contributes as an author to the latest edition of a commentary on the German AML Act (edited by Herzog et al.) and is actively involved in the Anti Financial Crime Alliance (AFCA).

Andreas Wand

Legal & Regulatory Expert, SPRIND

Andreas Wand, LL.M., is a Legal & Regulatory Expert at SPRIND and a certified AML & Fraud Officer. He will present the upcoming European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDI Wallet) and SPRIND’s project to establish the German EUDI Wallet ecosystem. In doing so, he will outline the opportunities this future identification and verification system offers for entities subject to AML obligations.
