In September 2025, the entire Regpit team came together in Berlin to work on our shared vision for the future of anti-money laundering. Two days filled with workshops, knowledge exchange, and strategic impulses — a powerful reminder of what can happen when people with expertise and a clear mission join forces.

Collaboration that makes an impact

At the heart of the Regpit Days were topics that matter most — both for our digital RegTech platform and for our customers:

• Advancing our vision of efficient, easily accessible AML processes
• Preparing a new workshop focused on the upcoming EU AML Regulation (EU-AML-R)
• Improving user experience across our KYC/KYB software, AML training modules, and other compliance products
• Connecting technological innovation with regulatory precision

Interdisciplinary teams worked on how to further tailor our platform to the needs of our users — including law firms, financial institutions, and dealers & brokers.

Beyond the screens: Conversations and a view over the rooftops of Berlin

After an intense first day, we wrapped up the evening on a relaxed note — at a rooftop bar overlooking the Berlin Cathedral. The many conversations made one thing clear: Regpit is more than just software. It’s a team that inspires, challenges, and supports one another.

The second day began with team photos — not just as a memory, but as a symbol of our shared journey. What we started in 2021 in Berlin continues to shape our path far beyond these two days. One thing became clear once again: we’re growing — not only as a company, but as a team. With a clear focus on upcoming regulatory requirements and a product that evolves alongside them.
